This course provides the theoretical framework, concepts and tools needed by students to develop their communication skills. It offers students the opportunity to learn and apply practical principles of effective communication. Emphasis is placed on developing successful communication strategies, improving intercultural skills, and managing cross-cultural misunderstandings or other conflict situations. The resources and activities of this course are designed in such a way as to cover a variety of interpersonal, organizational, and intercultural contexts.
